Look how Finnegan and Barrow shiver today when Manatee Boy brought up the Venezuelan money. They know that this money is welcomed by the poor Belizeans that it will benefit. But Barrow no want that. He fraid to empower the people's pockets. He instructed Rage Radio to cause a distraction by sending people to Housing, hoping to disrupt the process and tie up the government. Barrow actually stuttered, saying that $10M US cannot be denied. What he should be saying is why are his candidates mad about the purse strings not being opened? Why are Barrow and Finnegan holding Ashcroft's money so close to their chests?
