Ok most of the people in the list TRUTHFULLY deserve it. Nevertheless, sorry ass lawyers like lois young and the VAT man still need some more time to prove they deserve such honors dont you all think? In addition to that it just seems like "TWELVE UDP NATIONAL PATRIOTS" being that all are or were red. Here's the list. Philip Goldson would posthumously be bestowed with the Order of the National Hero and that the former Prime Minister Manuel Esquivel will receive the Order of Belize, the highest honours to be bestowed for distinguished service. Today, the names of three Belizeans who will receive the Order of Distinction and seven others to receive Meritorious Service Award were released. Topping the list for the Order of Distinction is Leigh Richardson joined by Lois Young and Senator Godwin Hulse while the Meritorious Service Award will be bestowed on Elito Urbina, Dolores Lin, Modesto Madril, George Fraser, Zebedee Pitterson, Agripina Espejo and Victor August

So failedtruth; what do you think of PUP honoring our great "Belizean" hero Jim Jan Mohammed. The man credited for the "military take out" of the Chief Justice.

James Janmohammed was also awarded with the order of meritorious service.
The citation for James Janmohamed, a naturalized Belizean, recalls his service to Belize during four hurricane emergencies -Mitch, Keith, Iris and Dean. Janmohammed is perhaps better known as the man who signed a complaint which led to the government-manipulated forcible removal of Chief Justice Manuel Sosa from office.

i believe on d REAL side that d selection PROCESS is NOT reflective of d aPOLITICAL approach that needs 2 b taken in these things...When there is a PUP admin, those citiZENs recieving meritORIOUS awards r 99&44/100% BLUE and when d REDs r in POWER d SITn is reVERSED...i believe that d PROCESS should involve a SELECTION cmtte with CLEARLY defined CRITERIA 4 choosing its HEROES...This would LEND d requisite creDIBILITY 2 d process which in a sense shortCHANGES d genuine candidates such as a godwinHULSE or a georgeFRAZER!!!
