teachers is the producer of criminals

I am a teacher for a year now and I am sure I know what I am talking about. I have been in the class room and getting hell for our young children. My principal always tells me how I need classroom management. Now you tell me how can you manage a classroom that have children who don’t have no manners and respect for anyone. I have talk to some older teachers who told me that they can’t wait to retire because of how the children are acting. My thing is now that if you talk to a child too hard you as the teacher will get in trouble so beating is out of it. Now you tell me how you can get the children to behave. The parents told you beat them some even come to you and ask you what to do. My principal says ALTERNITIVE WAY OF DISCIPLINE this is where the joke begins. We had a training session on alternative discipline and it leaved me more confuse than ever. They where talking about if a child break a window instead of hitting him let them pay for it. Ok I understand that. So I asked the question, what if the child punch someone in the mouth what then. They say think about it. That was that answer. Now imagine we as teacher given kids alternative way of discipline and when they give trouble we can’t beat them in class having them cuss you out and tell you what come to their mouth. This let them fell like they can do this to anyone. And they come on the street and they disrespect someone out here. They won’t get alternative way of discipline they will get a gun shot or a good beating. My think is if we as teachers discipline the children accordingly I believe that it will not only reduce the CRIME RATE but also save some of our young children’s life.
