So now that the court has spoken and not some political arbitrator. What are your opinion on the incident which occured because of a sign? Do you honestly believe that Chester Williams really thought that he was doing his job when he decided to charge Mr. King or was he just another PUP puppet?

Can't believe you guys are laughing about or praising this decision. No matter how frivolous the case was, the decision has set a new precedent for disrespect in this country. On the real, the level of decency and morality among young people continues to diminish, and now they have judicial backing. Chester Williams is a senior police officer. Everyone, especially an elected official, should have respect for the position, even if they think lowly of the man. I hope that the next defendant that says fuck in her court is not remanded for indecent language.

The judge said the word is descriptive and it points out what kind of PUP he is. I don't think the judge was being partisan, probably just fed-up with all this crap, in other words go do your job and solve some murder cases instead of tying up the courts with this frivulous shit. Chester Williams knows how to show up in court now but couldn't find the court during the Sean Copius murder case.
