For the division with the largest population and size, Port Loyola is one of the most underdeveloped constituencies in our city.
The problem in Port Loyola is not that there is swamp or that its residents are mostly made up of low-income families, disenfranchised by Said, Marshal and the PUP. The real problem is that for the last three years, there has been no one who has cared enough for the people of Port Loyola other than the Honourable Boots Martinez!!! Poor Marshal..
