Dude ease up on the colors.
Advice: visit a few online tutorials that help you get rid of contrast colors, backgrounds etc. Your site reminds me of my first webpages I built. I know its exciting at first to post animated gif's etc. but they can become annoying to the viewer after a while. Also look into learning tables, they will organize your text and content better than just have them cover the whole page. Great concept, your site just has to be a little more appealing to the eye.
