Speaking of places to go, this is one of my personal favorites! Good company, cool water, an abundance of fruit trees, conveniently positioned log in the middle of the river, peace and relaxation- ahhhhhhhhhhhh the life!

gators- hell no!!!! I wouldnt set foot if there was even a remote possibility of gators in the area. Normally there are howler monkeys in the trees and a few cows occassionally make it down the riverbank. The only manatees I know of are the 2-legged kind. . . .
