Heard another BTL employee won a legal victory over her old company....

I heard another BTL employee in the person of Mrs. Sharmayne Saunders won a huge victory over BTL. Mrs. Saunders was a BTL employee who was wrongfully dismissed and filed a petition against the Board of trustees of BTL and won in the Courts. She has yet another claim against BTL so we will have to wait and see how that one works out. I am glad to see that the courts in Belize are finally giving the common man their rights back against those ridiculous, chancey foreign employers. I am sure Mr. Ashcroft is not happy with this one but Mrs. Saunders has collected her check so I guess you can call it "Punto Final". I applaud her as well as Christine for standing up against those who think they are above the law.
