So they had to call a Red 1 phase on Tuesday morning, because the shelter wardens are public servants, and they are entitled to 24hrs to go and deal with their own preparations.Now, if NEMO would have waited until Tuesday morning to see what Felix does, if the worse case scenario would have occurred, it would be major chaos evacuating belize city, the cayes, and Dangriga. No way it would have been achieved and we would have mass deaths. And then you would point your finger back on Frutos and blame him of mass killings and demand that the ICC hang him.

I have great respect for the weatherman, all the weatherman is doing is interpreting what the computer models are showing. the models showed that the hurricane's eye was to hit belize city. however there was a margin of error of about 179 miles when the storm is about 72hours away. if you looked at the chart when the hurricane was 72 hours aways, the entire country of Belize was in the projected path. so in that respect, the weatherman is/was correct. the only way for sure to know were the eye will path is just before the hit. that is why there are several phases when a hurricane threatens.

Moveover a hurricane has its own mind and no telling for sure at 100% what is going to.

however i do encourage you since you seems to be better than the weatherman, to tell us the exact hit of the eye when a hurricane is 72 hours away.

After hurricane mitch i started having great respect for the weatherman and for hurricanes, and for the computer models that predict a hurricane path. becuase mitch fooled all of us. becuase everybody run gone da higher grounds and mitch neva hit.
