I rank the Jamaicans up there with the Nigerians.
The counterfieters in Jamaica would take a legal U.S. dollar bill and wash it in a bleaching solution, they would then print counterfiet 20 dollar bills or even 100 dollar bills on the legal dollar bill. The idea was to get the silk paper from the dollar bill and the strip in the bill(which I think at the time did not have the amount of the bill printed on it), I guess that is another reason the new dollars has the amount printed on a plastic strip in the bill itself.

the nigerians never cease to amaze me either. get 2 scam stories daily.
but if it didn't work, they wouldn't send.
Well outlook is part of the problem :)
Serioulsy, I filter most stuff at my mail server, I get like on spam a week in my actual mail box which in my book is too much and I'm working on it.
