any work for a criminal

i heard that if u go to jail not even finishing primary school and get ten years u could come out with a high school diploma. no to mention ur three meals a day work out when they give u the time and do other things that we would have to pay for, and they get all this FREE or charge. I dont know if i am making sence to you but lets look at it this way. what if the government take the same money that they put into the prison and invest it in our youths. in jobs education and forming. wouldn't that help our economy more. lucky dubby said" they wont build any schools any more all they build is prisons prisons" is that the route we as the Belizean public want to take. it cast more to keep a murderer in jail than if we heng him. well why dont we heng them. this is a money world if we don't have criminals money wont circlate it a big conspiricy. every body is in it to make money and the ones who try and change always get the shitty end of the stick.
