You all are busy arguing about taxes the country may never see, when Laura, Mark and Middleton have been depositing taxes for parks, permits and traffic into their personal bank accounts. Now this is money the city should have seen already - maybe to fix a street or pick up the garbage. But instead these councilors have used for whatever reason. And how can the council say it is broke, when it just painted over city hall. And who got the contract, Kenny Morgan. I tell you. But the corruption is not isolated to Belize City. In Cayo $500,000 is missing, and the Financial Operator of the Town Council, Vallan Hyde is missing. Talk about that fellow koncords.

On the real, I have to agree with CassieB. Allen Saum was placed there to do exactly what he has done, offer a bribe, and when the bait was not bitten, to make a lot of noise about the big fish he purportedly caught. He is from Texas after all - or maybe, red, you think everything is big in texas. What has come to light the last two days, is that an investigation was launched by the Justice Dept and when it was revealed that there was no bribe, Allen's company was told to disavow themselves from this crank, which they did, or face severe penalties. Allen is about to be charged with making false accusations of bribery. If none of you believe, pay the small fee at the one of the private investigation websites and check for yourselves. Who knows, perhaps Dean has promised Allen asylum... Now I want to mention about the PSA to Zabaneh and co. This is where the slave mentality really comes in. Why the hell are you so upset that a Belizean company has been given a concession to assist its business interests? Every Cabinet meeting there are local companies getting concessions. Hell, Stewart Krohn and Jules Vasquez received concessions to start up their media houses. None of you have said anything about that. Krohn now has a real estate empire that was assisted by government concessions. Each time one of these concessions are granted, Belizeans lose out on potential taxes. Yet, who has said anything? Not you red, not you ras, not you penguin. Nobody. Get real guys. Assisting belizean companies is good for the country. Getting back to Allen, believe the white devil. Allen Saum has NOT done anything illegal - that is why he REPORT his INTENTIONS to the US Embassy BEFORE he paid the bribe. That is the right way, so, do not come here like a bush lawyer trying to fool us.

As to injecting "white man" and "slavery" into the conversation.. what does that has to do with the situation? If Ministers in the Musa Administration are extorting genuine investors, while raping OUR resources, I would not in the least bit worry about Allen Saum possible legal predicament.. wake up fool, when will you take a stand to protect your own interest? Seems during the recent country "Tour", Said held a meeting in the village of San Pablo. In his speech, he glowingly referred to all the good things the PUP has done for this country.

Parts of the Judiciary seem to be out of their control, while other parts are completely under their control. Allen Saums Accuses Government Officials of Extortion

But in the wild, wild, wild oil rush – it seems no one can escape the sometimes wrathful judgment of oil contractors who say they’ve been taken advantage of. That’s the story with Allen Saum. Saum is a functionary of Miles Tropical Energy - actually a nephew of the owner. And although Miles Tropical was one of the oil companies that signed a production sharing agreement on Friday in Corozal – Saum is not happy. In fact. he’s furious. In an interview with Wave Radio’s Juliet Thimbriel, he said that he’s been shaken down by corrupt government officials for $100,000. Here’s a clipping of what he told Wave.

“The entire government lied to us and the only reason we bought and paid for and paid off government officials was to get it on tape so we could prove to the United States government why it was that we didn’t get 17. And I am not giving these corrupt, lying bastards any more money. If they want to take 10 away from me, take it away. I won’t get my money back and somebody is going to prison. This is extortion and I am sorry but when you start extorting your people that’s one thing, when you extort foreigners, that money was wired directly from the USA to Belize for the sole purpose to pay an extortion bid.”
